《GB/T 22279-2008煤炭成分分析和物理特性测量标准物质研制导则》由TC42（全国煤炭标准化技术委员会）归口，TC42SC1（全国煤炭标准化技术委员会煤炭检测分会）执行，主管部门为中国煤炭工业协会。
本标准为首次制定。本标准规定了煤炭成分分析和物理特性测量标准物质的制备、均匀性检验、稳定性检验、定值以及不确定度评估程序和标准物质的包装、保存和标准物质证书的编写要求。本标准适用于煤炭成分分析和物理特性测量标准物质的研制和复制。

Scope

This standard specifies the preparation, homogeneity test, stability test, value determination and uncertainty assessment procedures of coal composition analysis and physical property measurement reference materials, as well as the requirements for the packaging, storage and preparation of reference material certificates of reference materials. This standard applies to the development and reproduction of reference materials for coal composition analysis and physical property measurement.
