《GB/T 22282-2008纺织纤维中有毒有害物质的限量》由TC209（全国纺织品标准化技术委员会）归口，TC209SC1（全国纺织品标准化技术委员会基础标准分会）执行，主管部门为中国纺织工业联合会。
本标准首次发布。
本标准参照欧盟指令2002/371/EC“纺织品生态标签规范”的有关条款制定，目的在于促进在纺织生产加工全过程的关键工序（包括原料加工、纺纱、织造、印染、后整理加工和服装制成品加工等）中减少有毒有害物质的产生和排放，从纺织工业的源头控制有害物质的产生，为提高最终产品的安全健康性奠定基础。
本标准规定了纺织纤维中有毒有害物质的限量要求和检测方法。
本标准适用于聚丙烯腈纤维、人造纤维素纤维、棉和其他天然纤维素种子纤维、聚氨酯弹性纤维、原毛及其他动物毛纤维、聚酯纤维和聚丙烯纤维。

Scope

This standard specifies the limit requirements and detection methods of toxic and harmful substances in textile fibers. This standard applies to polypropylene nitrile fibers, man-made cellulose fibers, cotton and other natural cellulose seed fibers, polyurethane elastic fibers, raw wool and other animal hair fibers, polyester fibers and polypropylene fibers.
