本标准规定了汽车制动块(蹄)总成剪切强度试验的术语、试样准备、试验设备与夹具、试验步骤、结果计算和报告内容等。
本标准适用于整体模压或粘接的汽车盘式制动块总成和鼓式制动蹄总成剪切强度的测定。本标准适用于铆接的汽车制动块(蹄)总成剪切强度的测定。
1 Scope
This standard specifies terms, sampling and conditioning, test rig and fixtures, test procedure, calculation of result and test report for the shear strength test of disc brake pad and drum brake shoe assemblies for road vehicles.
This standard is applicable to the determination of shear strength of integrally moulded or bonded disc brake pad and drum brake shoe assemblies on road vehicles. It is applicable to the determination of shear strength of riveted brake pad (shoe) assemblies on road vehicles.
