本标准规定了SAW谐振器电性能的测试方法、声表面波谐振器使用一定周期后，保持其电性能能力的试验方法。 GB/T22318的本部分适用于声表面波(SAW)谐振器(以下简称SAW 谐振器)的试验方法。
Scope
This part of GB/T 22318 applies to the test methods for surface acoustic wave (SAW) resonators (hereinafter referred to as SAW resonators). Chapters 4 to 6 of this part give detailed rules for testing the electrical properties of SAW resonators. Chapters 7 to 20 of this part give the test methods for the ability of surface acoustic wave resonators to maintain their electrical performance after a certain period of use. After completing the tests specified in the appeal, the samples should be able to meet the electrical performance requirements.
