Scope

This standard specifies the principles and message description of container import/export report message (COEDCO). This standard applies to electronic data interchange (EDI) between trading partners related to administrative, commercial and transportation industries, and can be used for domestic and international trade. It is governed by common business practices and is not limited to types of business and industry.
