《GB/T 22454-2008企业集成 企业建模构件》由TC159（全国自动化系统与集成标准化技术委员会）归口，TC159SC5（全国自动化系统与集成标准化技术委员会体系结构、通信和集成框架分会）执行，主管部门为中国机械工业联合会。
本标准规定了计算机支持的企业建模所必需的核心构件的特性，计算机支持的企业建模符合GB/T 16642-2008／ISO 19439：2006。
本标准适用于（而非局限于）制造业信息方面的计算机集成，包括管理和控制技术以及所需的人员任务。本标准不涉及如何实施这些基于模型操作的构件，尤其不包括说明并执行（内部）活动行为所需的控制语言，以及功能操作和性能之间的映射。

Scope

This standard specifies the characteristics of the core components necessary for computer-supported enterprise modeling. Computer-supported enterprise modeling complies with GB/T 16642-2008/ISO 19439-2006. This standard applies to (but not limited to) manufacturing information aspects of computer integration, including management and control technology and the required human tasks. This standard does not deal with how to implement these model-based operating components, and in particular does not include the control language required to describe and implement the (internal) activity behavior, and the mapping between functional operation and performance.
