Scope

This standard specifies the technical requirements, test methods, testing rules, signs, packaging and safety requirements for water treatment agent bis-1,6-hexamethylenetriaminepentamethylenephosphonic acid (BHMTPMPA). This product is mainly used as a scale and corrosion inhibitor in industrial water treatment, and can also be used as a peroxide stabilizer, a precious metal extractant and a metal ion uniform distribution agent in the electroplating industry.
