本标准规定了适用于低压断路器用电子式控制器的分类、结构、性能要求、试验方法及检验规则等。
本标准规定了的控制器包括信号采集单元（包含电流传感器）、处理和执行单元（包含脱扣元件），并至少应具有一个由被保护线路能量产生的自生电源。
本标准规定的控制器适用于额定电压不超过交流1000V、频率为50Hz或60Hz电路中使用的断路器，用来保护线路及电气设备，使其免受过电流和其他影响其安全运行的故障（如欠压、接地、断相等）的危害，并可具有合理的人机界面、自射击故障诊断与处理功能，以及充分发挥电子技术优势的其他可选功能。

Scope

This standard specifies the classification, structure, performance requirements, test methods and inspection rules of electronic controllers (hereinafter referred to as controllers) for low-voltage circuit breakers. The controllers specified in this standard include signal acquisition units (including current sensors), processing and execution units (including tripping elements), and should have at least one self-generated power supply generated by the energy of the protected line. The controllers specified in this standard are applicable to circuit breakers used in circuits with a rated voltage not exceeding AC 1000V and a frequency of 50Hz or 60Hz. They are used to protect lines and electrical equipment from overcurrent and other faults that affect their safe operation (such as undervoltage, grounding, phase failure, etc.), and may have a reasonable human-machine interface. Self-fault diagnosis and processing functions, as well as other optional functions that give full play to the advantages of electronic technology.
