本标准适用于玩具和玩具配件上的表面涂层中总铅含量的测定。
本标准不适用于印刷后不能刮取的油墨和实质上已变成基体材料，如塑料制品的色料，以及与基体材料结合的材料，如电镀和陶瓷上的釉。

Scope

This standard specifies the determination method for the total lead content in the surface coating of toys. This standard applies to the determination of the total lead content in surface coatings on toys and toy accessories. This standard does not apply to inks that cannot be scraped off after printing and have essentially become matrix materials, such as pigments for plastic products, and materials that are combined with matrix materials, such as electroplating and glazes on ceramics.
