《GB/T 22809-2008烟花爆竹 安全性能检测规程》由TC149（全国烟花爆竹标准化技术委员会）归口，主管部门为中国轻工业联合会。
本标准规定了烟花爆竹安全性能检测的检测项目、样品准备、检测方法和结果评定。
本标准适用于烟花爆竹的安全性能检测。
本标准不适用于下列任一种危险性的评定：
　　ａ）　处在生产过程中烟火药的危险性；
　　ｂ）　因操作不当或违章操作所引起的危险；
　　ｃ）　因受静电或电磁场的影响所造成的危险；
　　ｄ）　其他非正常运输、贮存条件下的特殊危险性。

Scope

This standard specifies the testing items, sample preparation, testing methods and result evaluation of the safety performance testing of fireworks and firecrackers. This standard applies to the safety performance testing of fireworks and firecrackers. This standard does not apply to the assessment of any of the following hazards: Hazards of pyrotechnics in the production process; Hazards caused by the influence of static electricity or electromagnetic fields Hazards caused by improper operation or illegal operation; Other abnormal Special hazards under transport and storage conditions.
