《GB/T 23020-2013工业企业信息化和工业化融合评估规范》由TC573（全国信息化和工业化融合管理标准化技术委员会）归口，主管部门为工业和信息化部。
本标准规定了两化融合评估的基本原则与框架和评估内容,给出了评估内容的具体要求,并提供了评估内容细化指南以及评估指标体系构建和评估分析方法。
本标准适用于为工业企业、行业组织、各级工业和信息化主管部门等开展工业企业两化融合评估工作提供指导和参考依据。

Scope

This standard stipulates the basic principles, framework and evaluation content of the integration of industrialization and industrialization evaluation, gives specific requirements for the evaluation content, and provides detailed guidelines for the evaluation content, as well as evaluation index system construction and evaluation analysis methods.
