《GB/T 23142-2008高压钠灯用预置功率控制器》由TC224（全国照明电器标准化技术委员会）归口，TC224SC1（全国照明电器标准化技术委员会电光源及其附件分会）执行，主管部门为中国轻工业联合会。
本标准规定了高压钠灯用预置功率控制器的定义、标志、试验和要求。
本标准适用于不更换高压钠灯来改变灯功率的使用５０ Ｈｚ或６０ Ｈｚ、１０００Ｖ 以下交流电源的高
压钠灯用预置功率电感式镇流器的控制器（以下简称：控制器）。
本标准应与ＧＢ１９５１０．１和ＧＢ／Ｔ１９５１０．１２ 一起使用，本标准的控制器适用的高压钠灯应符合
ＧＢ／Ｔ１３２５９的要求，预置功率电感式镇流器应符合ＱＢ／Ｔ２９４１―２００８的要求。
Scope
This standard specifies the definition, marking, test and requirements of preset power controllers for high pressure sodium lamps. This standard is applicable to the controller (hereinafter referred to as the controller) for high-pressure sodium lamps with preset power inductive ballasts that use 50Hz or 60Hz and AC power below 1000V to change the power without replacing the high-pressure sodium lamps. This standard should be used together with GB 19510.1 and GB/T 19510.12. The high-pressure sodium lamp used in the controller of this standard should meet the requirements of GB/T 13259, and the preset power inductive ballast should meet the requirements of QB/T 2941-2008 .
