《GB/T 23148-2008民用装饰镜》由TC595（全国日用杂品标准化技术委员会）归口，主管部门为中国轻工业联合会。
本标准规定了民用装饰镜产品的术语和定义、产品分类、要求、试验方法、检验规则以及标志、包装、运输、贮存。
本标准适用于以玻璃为基片，镀覆金属膜和保护漆层或经加工后带有结构配件的室内民用装饰镜。

This standard specifies the terminologies and definitions, product classification, requirements, test methods, inspection rules as well as marking, packaging, transportation and storage of civil ornamental mirror.
This standard is applicable to indoor civil ornamental mirror with glass as substrate, plated with metal film and painted with protective paint or with structural fittings after processing.
