本标准规定了婴幼儿在成人帮助下练习行走时使用的学步带（以下简称学步带）的安全要求和测试
方法。
本标准适用于供婴幼儿使用的进出口学步带产品。
本标准不适用于医疗用学步带以及借助框架支撑自行移动的学步类产品。
学步带如连接或附有供儿童玩耍的玩具或配件，应符合相关标准要求。

Scope

This standard specifies the safety requirements and test methods for baby walking belts used by infants to practice walking with the help of adults. This standard applies to the import and export of toddler belt products for infants and young children. This standard does not apply to medical toddler belts and toddler products that move by themselves with frame support. This standard does not apply to medical toddler belts and toddler products that move by themselves with frame support. Toys or accessories for children to play with or attached to a toddler belt shall meet the requirements of the relevant standards.
