Scope

This standard specifies the technical requirements for the four diagnostic methods of chicken infectious bronchitis virus isolation, reverse transcription-polymerase chain reaction, micro-hemagglutination inhibition test and tracheal ring tissue culture serum neutralization test. This standard applies to the diagnosis and quarantine of chicken infectious bronchitis.
