《GB/T 23307-2009家用和类似用途地面插座》由TC67（全国电器附件标准化技术委员会）归口，主管部门为中国电器工业协会。
本标准规定了户内使用的、仅用于交流电、额定电压在50V 以上但不超过440V、额定电流不超过32A的家用和类似用途的地面插座的要求。
对于装有无螺纹端子的地面插座，额定电流最大仅限为16A。
本标准不适用于工业用地面插座。
符合本标准要求的地面插座适合在通常不超过35℃、偶尔会达到40℃的环境温度中使用。
在特殊条件的场所，如船上、车辆上和可能发生爆炸等危险场所，可能要求特殊的结构。

Scope

This standard specifies the requirements for household and similar ground socket outlets for indoor use only for alternating current, with a rated voltage above 50 V but not exceeding 440 V and a rated current not exceeding 32 A. For floor sockets fitted with screwless terminals, the rated current is limited to a maximum of 16 A. This standard does not apply to industrial ground sockets. Floor socket-outlets complying with the requirements of this standard are suitable for use in ambient temperatures which normally do not exceed 35°C, occasionally reaching 40°C. In places with special conditions, such as on ships, vehicles and hazardous places where explosions may occur, special structures may be required.
