本标准适用于肠衣中硝基咪唑类药物及其代谢物残留量的测定。


Scope

This standard specifies the metronidazole (abbreviated as MNZ, the same below) and its metabolite 1-(2-hydroxyethyl)-2-hydroxymethyl-5-nitroimidazole (abbreviated as MNZOH, the same below) in casings. Metronidazole (abbreviated as DMZ, the same below) and its metabolite 2-hydroxymethyl-1-methyl-5-nitroimidazole (abbreviated as HMMNI, the same below), Ipronidazole (abbreviated as IPZ, the same below) and Liquid chromatography-mass spectrometry/mass spectrometry of the residues of its metabolites 2-(2-hydroxyisopropyl)-1-methyl-5-nitroimidazole (abbreviated as IPZOH) and ronidazole (abbreviated as RNZ, the same below) test methods. Please refer to Appendix A for the Chinese and English names, structural formulas, CAS numbers and relative molecular masses of the above-mentioned nitroimidazole drugs. This standard applies to the determination of nitroimidazoles and their metabolite residues in casings.
