《GB/T 23438-2009船舶维修保养体系检验导则》由348（交通运输部）归口，主管部门为交通运输部。
该标准规定了船舶机械计划性维修制度在船舶与海上设施上实施的条件、程序和有关细则。适用于实施船舶维修保养体系（CWBT）并具有中国船级社（CCS）船级船舶机械保养系统（PMS）附加标志的或拟申请该附加标志的船舶与海上设施。其他船舶与舰船可参照采用。

Scope

This standard specifies the conditions, procedures and relevant rules for the implementation of the ship machinery planned maintenance system on ships and offshore installations. This standard applies to ships and offshore installations that implement the ship repair and maintenance system and have the class notation of China Classification Society's ship machinery maintenance system or intend to apply for the class notation. Other ships and warships can be adopted by reference.
