本标准规定了石油钻机和修井机的术语和定义、产品的型式、型号、基本参数、基本配置、技术要求、涂装要求、试验和记录、标志、出厂文件、贮存、包装和运输。
本标准适用于石油天然气钻井和修井用陆地钻机和修井机。海上平台用钻机和修井机可参照执行。

1 Scope

This standard specifies the terms and definitions, product types, models, basic parameters, basic configurations, technical requirements, coating requirements, test and record, marking, delivery documents, storage, packaging and transport of petroleum drilling and workover rigs..
This standard is applicable to land drilling and workover rigs which are used for drilling and workover of petroleum and natural gas wells.
It may be implemented by reference for drilling and workover rigs used in offshore platforms.
