Scope

This standard stipulates the basic conditions and requirements of agricultural plant quarantine laboratories at all levels in terms of staffing, inspection rooms, facilities, environmental conditions and instruments and equipment. This standard applies to the construction of agricultural plant quarantine laboratories at all levels.
