GB/T 23673-2019 Standard Overview

GB/T 23673-2019 "3,4-Dichloroaniline" is the latest national standard formulated by China for this chemical, replacing the original GB/T 23673-2009 version. This standard mainly specifies the quality requirements, test methods and safety information of 3,4-dichloroaniline.

Key technology interpretation

Application of gas chromatography:In Section 6.4, the standard specifies the use of capillary column and hydrogen flame ionization detector (FID) to determine the purity and organic impurities of 3,4-dichloroaniline. This method uses the peak area normalization method for quantification, ensuring the accuracy of the analysis results.

Importance of water content determination:The standard adds specific requirements and determination methods for water content (Section 6.5). Weigh about 2.0g of the sample and dissolve it in a mixed solvent of chloroform and methanol for determination. The absolute value of the difference between the two parallel determination results should not exceed 0.05%.
