Key technical requirements
Structural design points
- Use metal corrugated sealed oil storage cabinet to prevent oil aging
- 750kV and above require a three-dimensional impact recorder
- 1000kV bushing pollution level ≥ 4, creepage distance ≥ 25mm/kV
- Neutral point grounding reactor needs to pass 50kPa vacuum verification
Implementation suggestions
- External insulation distance should be revised according to GB/T 1094.3 in high altitude areas
- 1000kV equipment transportation should maintain 20-30kPa positive pressure nitrogen protection
- It is recommended to add polarization index test as a quality monitoring indicator
- Oil chromatography analysis needs to include special detection of acetylene content
