Key technical requirements

1. Reactance value deviation: Rated reactance allowable deviation ±5%, phase-to-phase deviation ≤±2% 2. Overexcitation capability: 1.15 times the voltage can last for 60-120 minutes (different levels vary) 3. Partial discharge: 1000kV level requires ≤100pC (high voltage end) and ≤300pC (neutral point end) 4. Vibration control: 750/1000kV level oil tank wall amplitude ≤100μm (peak value)

Structural design points

  • Use metal corrugated sealed oil storage cabinet to prevent oil aging
  • 750kV and above require a three-dimensional impact recorder
  • 1000kV bushing pollution level ≥ 4, creepage distance ≥ 25mm/kV
  • Neutral point grounding reactor needs to pass 50kPa vacuum verification

Implementation suggestions

  1. External insulation distance should be revised according to GB/T 1094.3 in high altitude areas
  2. 1000kV equipment transportation should maintain 20-30kPa positive pressure nitrogen protection
  3. It is recommended to add polarization index test as a quality monitoring indicator
  4. Oil chromatography analysis needs to include special detection of acetylene content
