本标准规定了无机化工产品中铵含量测定的通用方法纳氏试剂比色法的方法提要、安全提示、一般规定、试剂、仪器、设备、分析步骤和结果计算。
本标准适用于无机化工产品中微量铵离子的测定。试验溶液体积为100 mL 时,铵离子浓度ρ(NH4)≤2mg/L。试验溶液体积为100mL 时,目视法最低检出浓度为0.02mg/L。分光光度法使用光程长为1cm 比色皿时,最低检出浓度为0.05mg/L。当ρ(NH4)=1.0mg/L 时,灵敏度约为0.2个吸光度单位。
Introduction
1. Standard Overview and Scope of Application
GB/T 23773-2009 "General Method for Determination of Ammonium Content in Inorganic Chemical Products - Nessler's Reagent Colorimetric Method" was issued on May 13, 2009 and implemented on January 1, 2010. This standard was proposed by the China Petroleum and Chemical Industry Association, and the main drafting units were Duofuduo Chemical Co., Ltd., CNOOC Tianjin Chemical Research and Design Institute, etc.
2. Method Principle
In alkaline solution, free ammonia or bound ammonium reacts with Nessler's reagent to form a light yellow to brownish red compound. This method is applicable to the determination of trace ammonium ions (NH4+) in inorganic chemical products.

3. Interference and elimination analysis
The sample contains calcium, magnesium, iron and other ions, which will interfere with the determination. It is recommended to use potassium sodium tartrate solution to mask these metal ions, and to use distillation to separate ammonia and other interfering components when necessary.
4. Analysis steps
According to the standard requirements, a series of ammonium standard working solutions should be prepared before each measurement, and a working curve should be drawn. The absorbance value is measured by colorimetry or spectrophotometry, and the ammonium content is determined by looking up the table.
