《GB/T 23802-2015石油天然气工业 套管、油管和接箍毛坯用耐腐蚀合金无缝管交货技术条件》由TC355(全国石油天然气标准化技术委员会)归口,TC355SC9(全国石油天然气标准化技术委员会石油专用管材分会)执行,主管部门为国家标准化管理委员会。
本标准规定了两个产品规范等级的套管、油管和接箍毛坯用耐蚀合金无缝管的交货技术条件。
―――PSL-1是本标准的基础。
―――PSL-2对用于抗环境腐蚀和开裂的产品提出了附加要求,评定方法由ISO15156-3及本标准附录 F给出。
由制造商选择,PSL-2 产品可以用来代替 PSL-1产品。
注1:本标准中所涉及的耐蚀合金是指符合ISO4948-1和ISO4948-2规定的特殊合金。
本标准适用于以下四组产品:
―――第1组:具有马氏体组织或马氏体/铁素体的不锈合金;
―――第2组:具有铁素体-奥氏体组织的不锈合金,如双相不锈合金或超级双相不锈合金;
―――第3组:具有奥氏体组织的铁基不锈合金;
―――第4组:具有奥氏体组织的镍基合金。
本标准不包含有关单根管子的连接的条款。
注2:连接方式会影响本标准规定的材料的耐蚀性能。
注3:有必要认识到不是 PSL-1的所有材料类型和钢级都具有满足ISO15156-3规定的抗开裂性能,因此,并非PSL-1的所有材料类型和钢级都包括在 PSL-2产品之中。


Scope

This standard specifies the technical delivery conditions for corrosion-resistant alloy seamless pipes for casing, tubing and coupling stock in two product specification classes. --PSL-1 is the basis of this standard. --PSL-2 puts forward additional requirements for products used to resist environmental corrosion and cracking, and the evaluation method is given by ISO 15156-3 and Appendix F of this standard. At the manufacturer's option, PSL-2 products may be used in place of PSL-1 products. This standard is applicable to the following four groups of products: - Group 1: Stainless steel alloys with martensite structure or martensite/ferrite structure; - Group 2: Stainless steel alloys with ferrite-austenite structure Rust alloys, such as duplex stainless alloys or super duplex stainless alloys; --Group 3: Iron-based stainless alloys with austenitic structure; --Group 4: Nickel-based alloys with austenitic structure . This standard does not contain provisions concerning the connection of individual pipes.
