本标准规定了使用发射和接收超声脉冲纵波的仪器,并采用液体作为耦合剂以及通过浸没或喷液的技术,来探测材料中不连续的超声检测方法。本标准适用于能以适当频率传导声波,检测时又能浸没在液体耦合剂中的材料,或能在探头和被检材料间通过控制耦合液柱或液流来进行检测的材料。


Scope

This standard specifies ultrasonic testing methods for the detection of discontinuities in materials using instruments that emit and receive ultrasonic pulsed longitudinal waves, using liquids as couplants, and techniques by immersion or liquid spraying. This standard applies to materials that can transmit sound waves at an appropriate frequency and can be immersed in a liquid couplant during testing, or can be tested by controlling the coupling liquid column or flow between the probe and the material to be tested.
