《GB/T 23934-2015热卷圆柱螺旋压缩弹簧 技术条件》由TC235(全国弹簧标准化技术委员会)归口,主管部门为国家标准化管理委员会。
本标准规定了圆截面钢棒热卷成形后,经淬火、回火处理的普通圆柱螺旋压缩弹簧(以下简称“弹簧”)的材料、结构型式、弹簧特性、公差、制造要求和试验方法等内容。铁路等其他有特殊要求的弹簧可
参照使用。
本标准适用于下列尺寸范围的弹簧,超出此尺寸范围的弹簧经供需双方协商可参照采用:
―――自由高度:≤900mm;
―――旋绕比:3~12;
―――高径比:0.8~4;
―――有效圈数:≥3圈;
―――节距:<0.5D;
―――材料直径:8mm~60mm;
―――弹簧中径:≤460m

1 Scope

This standard specifies the materials, shapes, spring characteristics, tolerances, manufacturing requirements and test methods for common helical compression springs, which are made from hot coiled round section steel bar, and then quenched and tempered (hereinafter simply “springs”). Reference may be made to this standard for springs used for railway and other purposes with special requirements.

The following limit values apply to springs conforming to this standard, and reference may be made based on the negotiation between the purchaser and the supplier to this standard for springs beyond this size range:

——free length: ≤ 900 mm;

——spring index: 3 to 12;

——slenderness ratio: 0.8 to 4;

——active coils: ≥ 3;

——spring pitch: < 0.5D;

——wire diameter: 8 mm to 60 mm;

——mean diameter of coil: ≤ 460 mm.

5.1 Adoption of material

Unless otherwise agreed by the purchaser and the supplier, springs should be made from alloy steels specified in GB/T 1222 or the material conforming to ISO 683-14.
