《GB/T 2423.38-2005电工电子产品环境试验 第2部分：试验方法 试验R：水试验方法和导则》由TC8（全国电工电子产品环境条件与环境试验标准化技术委员会）归口，主管部门为中国电器工业协会。
GB/T 2423的本部分规定了适用于在运输、贮存或使用期间可遭受滴水、冲水或浸水的电工电子产品的试验方法，是考核电工电子产品的外壳和遮盖物等密封件在水试验后或在试验期间能否保证设备和件良好的工作性。本部分所规定的试验方法不适用于腐蚀试验。本部分不模拟水和试件之间的大温差作用，例如由于压力变化的热冲击而引起的进水增多。本部分包括了以自然条件为基础的人工淋雨试验，但通常情况下不考虑有强风速的自然降雨。本部分对所选择的试验和严酷等级的应用给出了导则。本部分可作为产品技术标准的引用依据。

Scope

This part of GB/T 2423 specifies the test methods applicable to electrical and electronic products that may be subjected to dripping, flushing or immersion during transportation, storage or use. Whether the equipment and components can ensure good working performance after or during the test. The test methods specified in this section are not applicable to corrosion tests. This section does not simulate the effects of large temperature differences between water and the test piece, such as increased water ingress due to pressure changes and thermal shock. This section includes artificial rain tests based on natural conditions, but usually does not consider natural rainfall with strong wind speed. This section gives guidance on the selection of tests and the application of severity levels. This part can be used as a reference basis for product technical standards.
