《GB/T 24338.5-2018轨道交通 电磁兼容 第4部分:信号和通信设备的发射与抗扰度》由TC278(全国轨道交通电气设备与系统标准化技术委员会)归口,主管部门为国家铁路局。
Scope
This part of GB/T 24338 specifies the emission and immunity requirements and performance criteria of signal and communication equipment (referred to as "equipment") in the rail transit environment. This part applies to the equipment included in GB/T 24338.4 that is installed in the rail transit environment and works normally, as well as the communication signal data lines and power lines connected to the equipment under test. The emission and immunity requirements of on-board signal and communication equipment are specified in GB/T 24338.4, and the emission and immunity requirements of signal and communication equipment installed in and connected to substations are specified in GB/T 24338.6. The electromagnetic compatibility requirements for equipment within the scope of GB 17625.1 or GB/T 17625.2 are specified in GB 17625.1 or GB/T 17625.2. If the emission of the equipment complies with the emission limits specified in GB 17799.4, as long as the emission of any DC power port is less than the specified emission limit of the AC power port, it will also comply with the provisions of this part. The immunity requirements specified in this standard apply to: - critical equipment, such as interlocking systems and signal control systems; - equipment within a 3 m area; - equipment within a 10 m area and equipment within a 3 m area have connection ports; - equipment within a 10 m zone and connected with cables exceeding 30 m. Equipment not within the above scope shall comply with the provisions of GB/T 17799.2. The immunity level specified in this part of the equipment can make the equipment work normally in the rail transit environment in most cases. When the equipment is directly exposed to interference, or the cable connected to it receives the interference of the radio frequency field of the disturbance source or the interference of the coupling disturbance source, the immunity level specified in this part provides a general reference for evaluating the performance of the equipment. If the port is used for transmission or reception for wireless communication purposes (intentional transmitters such as transponder systems), then the radiated emission requirements specified in this section do not apply to intentional emissions from wireless transmitters as defined by ITU. The immunity requirements also do not apply to frequency bands other than the test frequency range specified in the relevant radio equipment EMC standards. This part does not specify the electromagnetic compatibility requirements when the equipment fails, nor does it involve the requirements related to personal safety (such as electric shock protection, unsafe operation, insulation test and dielectric test, etc.). The test methods are given in the basic standards listed in Chapter 2. The specific provisions of this part are used together with the general provisions of GB/T 24338.1.
