《GB/T 24673-2021小型汽油机直联离心泵机组》由TC201(全国农业机械标准化技术委员会)归口,TC201SC4(全国农业机械标准化技术委员会排灌设备和系统分会)执行,主管部门为中国机械工业联合会。
Introduction
Analysis of the core content of the standard
GB/T 24673-2021 replaces the 2009 version of the standard, comprehensively upgrades the technical system of small gasoline engine direct-connected centrifugal pump units, adds 12 key technical indicators such as fuel consumption rate and pollutant emissions, and is suitable for emergency drainage, agricultural and forestry irrigation and other scenarios with a power of ≤15kW.
Comparison of key technical requirements
| Indicator dimensions | Requirements of the 2009 version | Additions/changes in the 2021 version |
|---|---|---|
| Material specifications | Only iron castings are specified | Requirements for steel castings (JB/T 6880.2) and aluminum die castings (GB/T 15114) are added, and 6 restricted substances are controlled |
| Balancing accuracy | Qualitative requirements of level G6.3 | Quantitative calculation formulas (Formula 1/Formula 2) are added, the lower limit of static balance is 3g, and the lower limit of dynamic balance is 1.5g |
| Environmental protection indicators | Not specified | New gasoline engine emission limits (CO≤10g/kWh, HC+NOx≤6g/kWh) and 300h durability test |
Typical application case analysis
Urban drainage pump station renovation project adopts QGZ 80-25-15 self-priming unit, measured data:
- Time consumption 152s at self-priming height of 4m (standard limit 180s)
- Full load fuel consumption rate 920g/kWh (lower than the standard limit 950g/kWh)
- Noise test value 78dB(A) meets Level 3 requirements
Key improvements: Use aluminum alloy impeller with mechanical seal, balance quality controlled at 2.8g, and continuous operation for 320h without failure.
Standard implementation recommendations
- Gasoline engine emission certification documents and material RoHS test reports should be checked during procurement
- Regular maintenance should focus on checking shaft seal wear (mechanical seal leakage ≤3 drops/min)
- Reliability tests are recommended to simulate actual operating cycles (including 120%~10% flow changes every 5h)
