The new standard divides glass beads into 4 models:

No. 2 glass beads (600-150μm): hot melt/two-component premixed
No. 3 glass beads (212-90μm): solvent-based paint surface sprinkler
No. 4 glass beads (1400-600μm): special scene on rainy night

Note: No. 4 Rainy Night Glass Beads must be used in conjunction with conventional glass beads. Using them alone will reduce daytime visibility.

Dispute resolution for particle size test:When the results of the particle size analyzer method and the sieving method are inconsistent, the GB/T 6003.1 sieving method shall prevail
Defect determination:Refer to the 10 types of defect morphology diagrams in Appendix A (ellipse/satellite/tear, etc.)
Environmental testing:Heavy metal testing should obtain a CMA-qualified laboratory report
