《GB/T 24827-2015道路与街路照明灯具性能要求》由TC224(全国照明电器标准化技术委员会)归口,TC224SC2(全国照明电器标准化技术委员会灯具分会)执行,主管部门为中国轻工业联合会。
本标准规定了使用电光源、电源电压不超过1000V 的道路与街路照明灯具的性能要求、试验方法及检验规则。
本标准适用于城市道路与街路使用的道路与街路照明灯具。
本标准不适用于隧道照明灯具。

Introduction

Overview of the core content of the standard

GB/T 24827-2015 replaces the 2009 version and specifies the performance requirements for electric light source road and street lighting fixtures. It is applicable to urban lighting scenarios with a voltage of ≤1000V, and explicitly excludes tunnel lighting. The standard focuses on three dimensions: optical performance, energy saving index and durability test.

Definition of key terms

TermDefinitionAssociated parameters
Light output ratio (LOR)Ratio of total luminous flux of lamps to standard luminous flux of light source≥70% (Class B)
Lighting power density (LPD)Installation power per unit road surface areaMust comply with CJJ45-2006 limit
Outdoor Luminaire Classification System (LCS)Light distribution solid angle evaluation systemFront light/back light/upward light classification

Comparison of technical requirements (Grade A vs. Grade B)

Differences in road lighting fixtures:
  • Power factor: electronic ballast Grade A ≥0.95, Grade B ≥0.90
  • Protection level: light source cavity Grade A IP65, Grade B IP55
  • Light output ratio: Grade A ≥75%, Grade B ≥70%
Differences in street lighting fixtures:
  • Vibration resistance requirements: Grade A is mandatory, Grade B is not required
  • Light source cavity protection: Grade A IP65, Grade B IP44

Essence of test methods

Vibration test: According to the application scenario of the lamp (road/bridge), select the acceleration level (1.5g~3.5g), and perform 100,000 vibration tests at the resonant frequency. The structural integrity is the qualified standard.

Photometric measurement: According to GB/T 9468, the (C,γ) coordinate system is used to calculate the road surface brightness/illuminance uniformity. The threshold increment (TI) must be ≤10% (expressway).

Implementation recommendations

  1. Prioritize the use of Class A lamps to meet the needs of high-level road lighting
  2. The light pollution risk needs to be assessed through the LCS system during the design phase
  3. Regularly maintain and check the seals (temperature limit of silicone rubber material -20℃)
