《GB/T 24841-20181000kV交流系统用电容式电压互感器技术规范》由524(中国电力企业联合会)归口,TC569(全国特高压交流输电标准化技术委员会)执行,主管部门为中国电力企业联合会。
Introduction
GB/T 24841—2018 Standard Overview
GB/T 24841—2018 is a Chinese national standard that specifies the use conditions, technical parameters and performance requirements, structural requirements, test methods, etc. of capacitor voltage transformers (CVTs) for 1000kV AC systems. This standard applies to the selection, manufacture, testing and acceptance of capacitor voltage transformers used in AC systems with a nominal voltage of 1000kV and a frequency of 50Hz.
Comparative Analysis of Standard Frameworks
| Technical Dimensions | Old Version GB/Z 24841—2009 | New Standard GB/T 24841—2018 |
|---|---|---|
| Use Conditions | - Altitude not exceeding 500m | - Altitude not exceeding 1000m |
| Technical Parameters | - Rated Voltage: 800kV | - Rated Voltage: 1000kV |
| Test Requirements | - Ferro-resonance test is not specified | - Ferro-resonance and transient response tests are added |
Technical parameters and performance requirements
1. Rated output and accuracy level
The standard value of rated output should be selected as: 1 VA, 2 VA, 5 VA, 10 VA. The accuracy level is divided into measurement (0.2 level), measurement and protection combination (0.5/3P) and protection (3P). The influence of ambient temperature and contamination should be considered for operation deterioration.
2. Insulation level and withstand voltage test
The insulation level requirements for capacitor voltage transformers are as follows:
- Rated short-time power frequency withstand voltage: 1200kV (RMS value)
- Rated lightning impulse withstand voltage: 2400kV (full wave peak), 2760kV (chopped wave peak)
- Rated switching impulse withstand voltage: 1800kV (peak)
3. Ferroresonance and transient response
Ferrosonance test is required to be carried out at 0.8Upr, 1.0Upr and 1.2Upr voltages, and it is necessary to ensure that the secondary winding voltage peak recovery time does not exceed 2s. The transient response test needs to verify the voltage reduction characteristics of the protective winding.
Structural requirements and design features
1. Comparison between stacked and non-stacked structures
| Structural type | Advantages | Disadvantages |
|---|---|---|
| Stacked structure | - Compact size, easy for on-site maintenance | - Complex on-site testing and limited installation space |
| Non-stacked structure | - Flexible installation and easy transportation | - Insulated connection parts require additional protection |
Implementation suggestions and application cases
1. Selection Guide
Choose a suitable CVT according to the actual use conditions, focusing on:
- Rated voltage matches the system nominal voltage
- Accuracy meets measurement and protection requirements
- Insulation level meets operating environment requirements
2. Installation and maintenance recommendations
- Ensure that the installation site is no more than 1000m above sea level. If it exceeds, special correction is required. - The creepage distance and shed structure of the external insulation part should be checked regularly.
