Scope

This standard specifies that for refrigerated light hydrocarbon fluids, such as LNG (liquefied natural gas) and LPG (liquefied petroleum gas), the volume under the measurement conditions is converted into the equivalent liquid or vapor volume under standard reference temperature and pressure conditions, or converted into Calculation method of equivalent mass or energy (heat). This standard applies to static storage conditions using liquid level gauges to measure the measurement of refrigerated light hydrocarbon liquids when they are stored in, transferred from, or transferred into storage tanks.
