《GB/T 24969-2010公路照明技术条件》由TC223（全国交通工程设施（公路）标准化技术委员会）归口，主管部门为国家标准化管理委员会。

This standard specifies the requirements for lighting quality, light source and luminaire, lighting arrangement, lighting power supply safety and control, and lighting energy conservation of highway.
This standard is applicable to expressway, first-class highway as well as special facilities and sites along the highway arranged with lighting; other classified highways may be used by reference hereof.
This standard is not applicable to highway tunnel lighting.
