Introduction
GB/T 25217.12—2019 Methods for preventing and controlling rock burst: mining protective layer technology and application
1. Scope of application of the standard
This standard is applicable to the prevention and control of rock burst by mining protective layer methods in coal seams. It specifies terms and definitions, applicable conditions and selection principles for protective layer mining, protective layer mining design, protection scope and protection effect, and pressure relief period.
2. Applicable conditions and selection principles for protective layer mining
| Applicable conditions | Selection principles | Priority |
|---|---|---|
| Coal seam group mining | Give priority to coal seams with no impact tendency or weak impact hazard | Upper protective layer> Lower protective layer |
| Coal seams with large inclination | Comprehensively consider safety, technology and economic factors | Determine according to actual conditions |
3. Design and implementation of protective layer mining
Relative position requirements: The mining of the protective layer should be ahead of the protected layer mining face in terms of strike and inclination.
Leaving of coal pillars: The non-coal pillar mining method is preferred, and the tunnel is sent along the empty space or a small coal pillar is left to protect the tunnel. When a coal pillar must be left under special circumstances, the position, size and impact range must be marked.
4. Protection range and effect evaluation
| Parameter name | Determination method | Reference standard |
|---|---|---|
| Protection range | Determined according to the pressure relief angle δ and measured data | AQ1050 |
| Maximum protection vertical distance | Refer to Table B.1 and formulas (B.1) and (B.2) | Relationship between coal seam type and mining depth |
5. Pressure relief period and effect judgment
Relief period: Starting from the end of mining of the protective layer, it should not exceed 3 years (full collapse method) or 2 years (full filling method).
Determination method: By comparing and analyzing the monitoring data with the unprotected area, it is considered effective when it is lower than the critical warning value.
6. Implementation suggestions
In actual application, the following factors should be considered comprehensively:
- Coal seam occurrence conditions
- Relative position of the protective layer and the protected layer
- Dynamic analysis of monitoring data
- Tracking and verification of long-term effects
Note: The implementation of this standard needs to be combined with the actual measured data of the mine to ensure the effectiveness and safety of mining the protective layer.
