Scope
This standard specifies the classification, requirements, test methods, inspection rules, signs, packaging and storage of nitro-based coatings. This standard applies to coatings modified with nitrocellulose as the main film-forming substance and added with alkyd resin, modified rosin resin, acrylic resin, etc. The products are mainly suitable for the protection and decoration of metal, plastic, wood and other surfaces. This standard does not apply to the protection and decoration of the surface of wooden products for interior decoration (including factory coating).
