Scope

This standard specifies the terms and definitions of mechanical door locks for electrical and electronic equipment cabinets, relevant product data and information, normal use, installation and transportation conditions, general requirements, mechanical performance requirements, key interchangeability requirements, and plating coating requirements. Requirements, safety requirements, test methods, inspection rules, signs, packaging, transportation, storage, etc. This standard applies to mechanical door locks with rated voltage not exceeding 1000V AC, frequency not exceeding 1000Hz or DC 1500V. This standard does not apply to mechanical door locks with anti-theft functions.
