Scope

This standard specifies the procedures and testing methods for supplying and receiving fuel oil for ships. This standard applies to the management of fuel oil supply and receiving operations of ships in the waters of the People's Republic of China, except for the fuel oil supply and receiving operations of ships engaged in fixed water gas stations.
