Scope

This standard stipulates the improvement of vehicle or engine economy, power and emission performance after the use of automotive fuel-saving products, as well as the physical and chemical properties of automotive fuel-saving products of additives and the electrical performance of electronic gasoline fuel-saving products. This standard is applicable to fuel-saving products used in vehicles powered by fuel oil.
