Scope
This standard specifies the technical requirements, test methods, marking, packaging, transportation and storage, delivery acceptance, and sampling of semi-refined paraffin wax. This standard is applicable to semi-refined paraffin wax obtained from oil-containing wax as raw material, sweated or solvent deoiled, and then refined with clay or hydrotreating. The products covered by this standard are suitable for the manufacture of candles, crayons, packaging paper, stationery, general telecommunications materials, wood processing, light industry, chemical raw materials, etc.
