Mechanical hazard protection
The protection of the charging area must meet the following requirements:
- The distance between the fixed protective device and the moving parts is ≤120mm
- The opening limit of the charging door is 500mm×400mm
- The rotor touch safety distance shall be in accordance with Table 2 of GB/T 23821-2022

Implementation Recommendations
Design Phase
- The rotor drive system needs to be equipped with a mechanical locking device
- The surface temperature of high-temperature components is ≤55℃ (GB/T 18153)
- Laboratory equipment needs to be equipped with a dual-mode control system
Use and Maintenance
- Safety pins must be used to fix moving parts during large-scale cleaning
- Warning signs must be set up for daily inspection of the end face sealing area
- Noise prevention and control should give priority to source noise reduction design
