Scope
This standard specifies the method for measuring the A-weighted sound power level of the noise emitted by earth-moving machinery to the environment under the condition that the machine is stationary and the engine is running at rated speed with no load. This standard applies to earth-moving machinery defined in GB/T 8498 and specified in Appendix A.
