GB/T 25697-2010 specifies the terminology, technical requirements and test methods of hot-in-place remixer for asphalt pavement, which is applicable to self-propelled and trailer-type equipment. This standard was published in 2010 and proposed by the China Machinery Industry Federation, filling the gap in the standardization of domestic hot regeneration construction equipment.

Key points of the test method

Heating performance test

Using the embedded thermocouple method, when the temperature reaches 100℃ at a depth of 40mm, the fuel consumption should be ≤1.5L/m² (diesel).

Regeneration agent spraying accuracy

The metering error is ≤2%. The actual operating speed needs to be simulated and repeated three times during the test.


Implementation suggestions

  1. Equipment selection should match the working width and heating method according to project requirements
  2. A 400m test section is required to verify equipment parameters before construction
  3. Regularly check the cleanliness of the hydraulic oil (grade ≤18/15)
  4. Establish a mandatory maintenance system every 50h
