Scope

This standard specifies the technical requirements, test methods, inspection rules, marking, packaging, quality certificate and ultrasonic testing method of hot-rolled steel strip rolls. This standard applies to work rolls, backup rolls and vertical rolls for hot-rolled steel plate and steel strip mills with a nominal width of 1200mm and above.
