本标准适用于永久安装的新电力驱动的曳引式和强制式以及液压驱动的仅载货电梯。仅载货电梯服务于永久固定的层站,仅用于运载货物,具有单一运载区域的运载装置在与铅垂线倾斜度不大于15°的固定的刚性导轨上运行。它安装于受限制区域和(或)仅由受过培训并得到授权的人员使用。
本标准适用于额定载重量大于300kg、额定速度不大于1.0m/s,且不用于运送人员的仅载货电梯

Scope

This standard applies to permanently installed new electrically powered traction and positive and hydraulically powered freight-only elevators. Freight-only elevators serve permanently fixed landings, are only used to carry goods, and have a single carrying device running on fixed rigid guide rails with an inclination of no more than 15° from the plumb line. It is installed in a restricted area and or used only by trained and authorized personnel. This standard applies to freight-only elevators with a rated load of more than 300kg and a rated speed of no more than 1.0m/s, and not used for transporting people. This standard considers all main hazards, dangerous states and events associated with freight-only elevators when using them as foreseeable by design or by the manufacturer. This standard does not apply to freight-only elevators manufactured before the implementation of this standard.
