本标准规定了综合能耗的定义和计算方法。本标准适用于用能单位能源消耗指标的核算和管理。

1 Scope

This standard specifies the definition and calculation method of comprehensive energy consumption.

This standard is applicable to the accounting and management of energy consumption index by energy consuming unit.

the consumed working substances that are not used as raw materials, nor enter into products in the process of production, and need to directly consume energy in production or preparation
