Introduction

1. Standard Overview and Scope of Application

GB/T 35578—2017 "Method for Calculating Energy Savings in Oilfield Enterprises" provides standardized guidance for the calculation of energy savings in the production process of oilfield enterprises. This standard applies to oilfield enterprises of all sizes, including but not limited to production, refining, chemical industry and equipment manufacturing.


2. Explanation of Key Terms

Energy Savings of Oilfield Production Products

Energy saving is calculated by the difference between the energy consumption per unit product output of the oilfield in the statistical reporting period and the revised value of the energy consumption per unit product output of the oilfield in the base period and the oilfield product output in the reporting period.

Energy saving of oilfield production output value

Energy saving is calculated by the difference between the energy consumption per unit output value of the oilfield in the statistical reporting period and the revised value of the energy consumption per unit output value of the oilfield in the base period and the output value of the oilfield in the reporting period.
