Scope
This standard specifies the technical requirements, application conditions and test methods for lighting energy-saving devices. This standard applies to electromagnetic voltage-regulating and power-saving devices with a power supply voltage of 450V and below, a rated frequency of 50Hz, and a rated capacity of no more than 2500kV·A.
