Scope

This standard specifies the terms and definitions, types and basic parameters, requirements, inspection methods, inspection rules, signs and packaging of electronic column inductance micrometers. This standard applies to electron column inductance micrometers (hereinafter referred to as "micrometers") with division values of 0.1 μm, 0.2 μm, and 1 μm and displayed by electron columns (light-emitting units).
