Scope

This standard specifies the definition, composition, requirements, test methods, inspection rules, packaging, storage and transportation of wind energy power supply systems for communications. This standard applies to wind power generation systems or hybrid power generation systems that supply power to communication equipment, and does not apply to power generation devices such as wind power generation systems and diesel generator sets that feed power to the grid.
